This User Agreement is a legal agreement between you and the Vexhl developer. It governs download, installation, and usage of the app and related services.
By using Vexhl, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and later updates.
You must have legal capacity under applicable law to accept this agreement. If a minor uses Vexhl, their legal guardian is responsible for acceptance and supervision.
The developer grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal and non-commercial use.
You are solely responsible for uploaded photos and generated content. You confirm you have required rights and permissions to use such content.
The developer may restrict content that violates laws or this agreement.
Vexhl does not collect facial information. User content is stored locally on your iOS device and is not called from app backend services.
You can delete local content at any time within the app.
All rights to app source code, design, assets, and templates belong to the developer unless otherwise stated.
Your own uploaded content remains yours, subject to a limited technical-use license needed to provide app functionality.
The developer may update, improve, or discontinue features to maintain compatibility, security, and user experience.
You may end this agreement by uninstalling the app. The developer may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.
To the extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages caused by app interruption, device conditions, system updates, or network issues.
You agree to indemnify the developer against claims and costs arising from your violation of this agreement, misuse of the app, or infringement through your content.
Terms may be revised over time. Continued use after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised agreement.
This agreement is governed by the laws of California, United States. Parties should first attempt good-faith negotiation before formal dispute procedures.
