Subscription Agreement

1. Introduction

This agreement governs your use of Vexhl Premium Services. By subscribing, you agree to all terms described in this document.

Vexhl is an iOS photo-to-sketch app with real-time preview, parameter adjustment, HD export, and sharing features.

2. Eligibility and Activation

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and use a valid Apple ID on a compatible iOS device.

Subscription is activated through Apple in-app purchase.
Service starts immediately after payment confirmation.
No extra account registration is required in Vexhl.

3. Plans and Pricing

Vexhl may provide monthly and annual plans. Pricing and feature details are displayed in-app before purchase.

Price updates do not affect your active billing cycle. New pricing applies on new purchases or renewals only.

4. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically by default unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Manage renewal via Apple ID > Subscriptions > Vexhl.
Turning off renewal does not cancel the current paid period.
After expiration, service returns to the free version.

5. Premium Service Scope

During an active subscription, you can access premium features such as no coin deduction for sketch generation.

Premium services are for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or exploit these features for profit.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel renewal anytime via Apple ID settings. Refunds are available only under applicable law or qualified scenarios such as duplicate purchases or unresolved technical failure.

Refund requests should include purchase details and be sent within 30 days of the related event.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights related to Vexhl and Premium Services remain with the developer, including app code, design, text, templates, and features.

You receive a limited non-transferable license for personal use during your subscription period.

8. Termination

The developer may terminate your premium access if you materially violate this agreement. In that case, unused fees may not be refundable unless required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from service interruptions, system updates, or events beyond reasonable control.

10. Changes to This Agreement

This agreement may be updated for legal, business, or product reasons. Updated terms will be notified in-app and become effective when accepted.
